房间的床跟图片完全不一样 太小了，想泡个热水澡放出来的水都是黄色的跟尿一样，房间还安排在电梯间旁边 晚上被那电梯声吵得根本睡不着。 相不明白这样的酒店怎么能够被评为五星的。我定的是双早的房间 还被平白无故收了早餐费 第一次住到这么差劲的五星酒店

酒店服务很不错，大堂装饰的很漂亮，有圣诞节的气息。一进门梅经理主动向我问好，并指引我去前台办理入住手续，前台魏女士笑容甜美，快速帮我办理入住。礼宾小伙子很有礼貌帮我拿行李按电梯，服务中心的方女士声音甜美帮我解答了所有问题，还跟我介绍了周边有哪些好吃的，一看就是个吃货！我入住了这么多酒店，这家酒店给我的印象很不一样，让我觉得特别温馨舒服，而且每个岗位的服务人员都很敬业！
