酒店地角好，硬件没有问题，卫生也不错，就是前台的服务人员，态度冷淡，回到房间有问题咨询前台，总机给转过去，半天没有人接，说给回电话，结果无人问津。酒店的服务人员真的需要好好的进行培训管理，否则根本就配不上这五星级酒店的高档设施…

第二次入住了，在红谷滩会优先选择入住这家。1.江景房外面景色很好，养眼；2.开业有蛮长时间了，设施维护得不错；3.员工有礼貌，都会主动打招呼；4.前台办理入住和结账手续速度都很快；4.南昌餐饮丰富，红谷滩可选择的餐馆就非常多，早餐也是可选择性大，所以都没在酒店吃饭，下次有机会体验一下。

住了两天了，服务非常好！很好谢，感谢客房部陈经理，洗衣房徐大家，服务真的太棒了，衣服染色跟他们要了清洗剂，因为是化学物品怕伤害到我，所以两位亲自过来帮我洗，很感动，很感谢，下次出差一定远这里。

春节选择了冷门的南昌逛逛，选择了这家，地铁秋水广场站出来就是很明显。大堂布置的很有年味，有一股香格里拉独有的香味。服务人员态度都很好，房间正对赣江，视野很好。晚上直接能看喷泉了。还去了酒店的游泳池，水很热，性价比挺高的。
