前台黄色短头发内女的，态度不是一般的差，连住两晚，第二天回去发现房间门开不了，下去找前台刷一下，一共两个房间，两张卡都在她手上，告诉我两张卡都是1123，问我另一张房间号是什么，我说不记得，她牛逼的跟我说，我不知道她也不知道，我就想问大姐你是前台你就算不知道你不会查吗？你不知道你很骄傲吗？你就一个前台有必要这么牛逼，摆脸色给客人吗？这个女人我过去的时候她刚好接电话和房间的客人，已经言语不训，我就想说你一个前台和前一个客人有发生口角，你把气撒在我身上合适吗？你有没有点素质，这种人真是世间少有。别坐酒店前台了，回家当奶奶去吧
