带着两岁多宝宝一起去的，刚踏进酒店感觉很不错！门口的保安和前台还有客服都很热情，彬彬有礼。但是 到了晚上，差强人意的事情一二再的发生……先是房间漏水，宝宝差点滑一跤，只能大包小包的换房间！想着折腾累了，在酒店餐厅吃个饭吧，餐厅居然没有菜单，服务员拿出几张打印的A4纸，上面写着一些没有价格的菜名，让人唏嘘！更难以想象的是酒店不开空调！！！宝宝怕热，闹到半夜12点多才睡着！早上五点多又热醒！！！联系前台，说是不开空调的，拿个风扇过来吧？真想骂人！！！感觉自己住在招待所一样！！！来之前，看了其他旅客的评论说没有空调，特地打电话确认，酒店说现在开空调了，这不是欺骗消费者么！！！实在太差劲了！！！

十分后悔入住这家酒店，号称五星级，现在是夏天了竟然空调都没法开。室内温度30度。打电话给前台服务，前台告知空调关机（不是在维修保养），需要申请经理，后经理给我回电话告知现在天气不需要开空调。还说拿风扇给我吹。直接晕倒。我现在是2017.6.13都夏天了。不是冬天。差评差评差评
