房间有点小了，不知道是网上预定的问题还是运气的事，反正我们的房比同行人的都小，好伤心。这个酒店非常棒的，空气好，环境美，会推荐朋友来的，还会再来玩的，就是下次别给我住这个房了

整体感觉还行！小木屋挺特别的！早晚有些凉，带孩子来的得带个长袖长裤。不过卫生条件还有待提升！来的时候路过一个涵洞，没灯特别黑，还比较颠！

在艺龙订的8月11日入住韩式套房，还专门打电话和酒店确认了，到了之后，酒店却说登记是12日入住，临时改了中式套房，第二天换的韩式套房。硬件马马虎虎，有许多细节都需要改进，比如这次住的中式套房、韩式套房二层都没有纱窗，虫子太多，无法开窗。

定的酒店，确认信息收到后，到店前台很牛的说携程没有定，携程客服态度很好给我解决了，前台给我安排了一间房间，结果下雨门口全是水，木屋里也很湿，窗户锁不上是坏的，窗帘上还有白色不明物体，房间跟我一起入住的朋友小很多，不断的投诉，后来在携程的帮助下总算是给换了一件木屋。明明酒店写的可以刷卡，但是前台就是不让说，只收现金，很坑爹。前台的女的态度很生硬，让人不爽！酒店环境周边环境是不错，但是服务根本跟不上，真是无语了！！
