酒店是老的三星级酒店，设施不算新，但装修风格不错，隔音也不错，晚上比较安静。酒店的服务很规范，态度很好。房间虽然面积不大，设施还比较全。交通位置条件不错，到南塘老街步行只要十多分钟，睌上走过去在梅龙镇吃了晚饭，逛了一圈后再走回酒店的。离天一阁也很近，不到3公里。唯一的不足是门口停车收费的。
