第二次住，上一次是春节的时候。北仑为数不多的连锁五星，行事规范。品质还是比较有保证的，房间相对宽敞，卫生不错。

酒店虽然很新，但仍有一些地方不尽如人意。房间床头柜上的数字时间在黑夜里闪着强烈的光，很影响睡眠，就不能默认设置成无光吗？衣柜门的门缝实在太大，晚上能看见里面的光洒出来。这两个问题只有在黑夜才会发现，白天不会注意。洗澡水忽冷忽热，而且淋浴龙头的设计过于复杂，使用起来不是很方便。早餐的炒饭里吃出了蛋壳，并且酒店竟然让客人用夹子夹炒饭而不是用勺子舀，这是我遇到的第一个酒店如此处置炒饭的。总之，服务的细节之处体现了很多不专业的地方。酒店虽新，但服务培训还得跟上啊。
