酒店设施和房间很不错，温泉的地方也很多，设计类型算温泉酒店中特别多的了，有特色。不过温泉很多池子都是坏的，而且这种设计怎么给人的感觉都是人工温水的可能性大

没到五星，按照五星级酒店收费。前台服务很差，花300定的商务车到市区，结果来的长安小破车。房间很一般，隔音也不好。不推荐！

酒店这个没的说！这次让我很不爽的是艺龙的订单，明明是含温泉票～含旅游票，到最后告知没有旅游票，而且投诉到客服给不出解释，只告诉我就是没有，而且客服人员可能生理期，态度很差，让我真切体验了店大欺客呀！此事变得不了了之。
