酒店整体风格挺不错的，基础设施还是比较完善，配有健身房，洗衣房，房间也算干净整洁，而且没有任何消费项目，早餐也是时长非常感人，但有一说一酒店员工专业素质参差不齐，不过印象比较深刻的就是小朱了，认真介绍酒店各种设施，热情招待客人，小小的个子还帮忙拿行李送到房间，让我都不好意思了，真的有很服务意识了。让人没有距离感，真诚。冲这种服务下次也还会再来的

环境超棒，客服人员很热情，房间又大又干净，配备了智能联动天猫精灵，住宿体验很好，尤其是给我们泡茶的小艾，人漂亮，泡茶手法也是赏心悦目，我是第一次去孟连，朋友说这是孟连最好的酒店，果然不错
