万象酒店什么都好，就是服务细节太差了，我经常住，今天才发现，酒店的员工比市政府的公务员还牛，我落了瓶隔离霜在房间，打电话给前台请求楼层服务员帮我送到前台都不行，这点小事都不可以帮忙以后我要是遇上其他需要他们服务的指不定还会遭到什么样的拒绝
