酒店位于新建的体育中心的北侧。位于大楼第13层，房间面积小巧精致，干净卫生，设施齐全，房间隔音不太好，窗外空调室外机声音大。地下车库很大，还有地面停车位，停车方便。周边有邹记鸡肉混汤圆，大尔多超市，餐饮，购物方便。
距离马岭河景区4km，万峰林景区15km左右，
