这应该是最差的体验的一次酒店了，给外宾定的，各种不懂英语，交流困难无法自助点餐，保险柜坏了，早上洗澡水是冷的，本来定了两天，客户果断不愿意住第二天了，造成我另外担保的一间哪怕提前二十四小时申请也不能取消，没入住白白扣了我380多，来来回回花了1000多元就是这种体验，投诉无门，艺龙的处理态度也非常差，冷冰冰确认没有入住就扣款，话也没说完就挂电话，以后不再使用艺龙了，还是用其他的好。
PS:为了防止取消，买了18元多的取消保险，然而并没什么作用，玩什么不可抗拒力的证据，我的天啊，不可抗拒我还要你赔吗？飞机票取消险从来不用什么理由。

浴缸里面发现有人体隐私部位毛发～我亲自刷了好几遍～给客房服务打电话要保鲜膜跟浴盐～浴盐只剩下一袋了～天呐这么大的酒店就剩下一袋浴盐？好在保鲜膜还提供了～
