前台，客房服务比较好，有一天不舒服，前台工作人员协助购买物品，考虑很周到，购买多种供选择，并且细心送到房间。不记得是谁，留言表示感谢！
客房人员协助烧水，烫杯子。不记得是谁，留言感谢
卫生方面较之前有所提高，地面不粘粘的了。
餐厅餐有待提高，菜做的不够精致，还经常凉，不舒适。面偶尔找不到人。
大厅机器人送餐非常方便，点赞👍🏻
房间还算舒适，能看到海，隔音(马路生源）效果不错，客人在房间打电话，在走廊可以很清晰听到。如果旁边房间有人吸烟，卫生间偶尔飘来烟味。
建议:
1. 继续加强卫生打扫，连续入住三天更换床上用品。桌面，台面，地面要擦拭。
2. 建议增加女士楼层，多设置无烟楼层。如果违反规定吸烟建议罚款，入住前提醒客人，不能吸烟。
