个人入住酒店，有需要会致电服务员的，哪有服务员去房间敲门问需要打扫房间的？更可笑的是回复不需要时还要嘱咐一声有人问就说我们打扫了，这是什么事啊？一会还真有来敲门检查卫生的，你这是五星酒店吗？你们平时的酒店管理检查工作不要牵扯到客人休息中来。这是五星酒店基本的标准

真正的五星级酒店，高大上，美中不足的是空调不热，室温不到20度，吃自助餐穿雨绒服都流鼻涕了。很不幸，我冻感冒了，于是果断换宾馆。建议朋友们春秋去，现在就免了。应该是系统问题，近期无法解决。以后去秦皇岛还会选择国际，但决不会在冬季。
