公寓地理位置不错👍 距离海滩走路5分钟。房间侧面可以看到一点儿大海，楼下是个未开发的工地，环境脏乱差！房间卫生和硬件设施不怎么样，家具破损严重、房间的灯泡坏了、热水器漏水没人修，要打电话催两次才会来人，工程人员一进来就知道故障点，我问既然知道这个房间里的问题为什么不主动维修呢？ 工程人员回答：前台又没报 我们一天已经很忙了... 房间内的排风扇、空调、纱窗、窗户都积了厚厚一土，很不卫生，估计从刚开业到现在这些地方从来就没打扫过；开水壶只要烧开水就会往外溢水，这和安全水位完全没关系，要求换个水壶前台说 你少放点水就行了。提供早餐这事还是很让人高兴的，20块/位 吃到饱，但是吃了3天一点儿样式没变，去晚了没，是够可以的了，餐厅也是个公寓房间，房间内很闷热，通风不好 屋里空气质量差。
