钦州北区广场店的房间雅致舒适，床品干净整洁，符合一切四星级酒店的标准，只是位置稍微有点偏远，好在我们是自驾出行，距离高速出入口也就不到十公里（上下高速路口不绕路），此外酒店前台的帅锅美女眉清目秀，非常养眼，而￥168 的价格更是超级无敌性价比，强烈推荐这家高品质的维也纳酒店！

很有档次的一家酒店，床上五件套也很柔软舒适，唯一不足的就是吃的太不方便了，周边上点档次的饭店都没有，虽说二楼有个西餐厅，但是如果有人办酒席就没发吃了，只能到附近的快餐店吃个快餐或者粉，不是自驾游的顾客去到那里住就不方便了，那边打车近市区好难，如果酒店的接送车可以转变成房客的出行专线车就方便很多了，只送出（十至三十元的收费），不接回，回酒店在市区也方便打的，这样就算酒店附近没吃的也不用愁着怎么打的去市区吃了，毕竟不是每个人都会打电话叫出租车或者滴滴打车。
