前台服务太差了，前天因停水开了个房间带小孩洗澡，开房时把卡落下了，竟然私下刷了我三百块钱，因手机这几天没信息，今天发现卡没了，去问一下前台还跟我吵架，我说报警才把卡还我，刷了我三百竟然敢说还我二百块，希望老板重视，如果这样的服务酒店迟早要关门。
