整体来说这是一家比较老的酒店，虽然服务人员态度都很好，房间看海也很棒，酒店整体环境??。但是在硬件上确实有很多需要改进的地方：比如房间设施较老，有很多都坏掉了，房间有潮味，没有浴缸，地板和桌台上有蚂蚁等小虫。早七点到晚22:30有声音很大的演唱音响。（由于之前一直住海棠湾9号和艾迪逊，所以，价格差不多的情况下，感觉这边硬件确实需要升级。到机场很方便，10分钟就到。所以，这个家酒店，优势和劣势都比较显著。感觉很像商务快捷酒店的设施。看海景不错??

超棒，酒店非常干净宽敞，细节服务很周到，位置绝佳，下楼走5分钟就到了海边，早餐丰富，环境优美，小管家杨佳文先生很贴心，免费把房间升级到了至尊海景房，有任何问题都能及时沟通得到解决，性价比超高，大家可以放心入住。
