作为ihg金卡会员，综合评价是：设施一流，服务不入流。第一次没有果盘赠送，还没有小礼物送娃，都得靠客人去要求才会去做。15层无边恒温游泳池不错。总体来讲海棠湾现在不太成熟，比起亚龙湾差点。

主打亲子的酒店，带宝宝旅行最适合，不过作为亲子酒店得提个小建议，每个房间应配个宝宝用的小马桶圈就更完美了，

酒店很新，房间大，试营业期间还升级了一个房型。大厅的迎宾态度亲切很温柔，房间有免费水果，mini吧都是免费的，因为带着宝宝，客房服务给了我们很多瓶矿泉水，很大方！有很多儿童游玩项目，宝宝对小火车简直欲罢不能，泳池也很大，宝宝玩的很开心。沙滩应该是公共沙滩吧，人也不多。唯一不足，第二天客房打扫不及时，我们12点回到房间，还没有打扫，最后我们在房间里过来打扫，有点不方便，略尴尬。

6月初都比较热了，海滩水很清澈，浪也比亚龙湾小，而且还有很多贝壳螃蟹，MD贝壳多到我都懒得抓了！
巴士不清楚，滴滴很方便。
去了亚龙湾希尔顿、森林鸟巢，仁恒的价格最低，房间最好！明年又来
