前台服务水平堪忧，结账开票很慢，还总是让后面人插队，发票税号打错两次。因为行动不变让前台叫车也爱答不理，可能主打团队吧，没有服务意识。
泳池卫生一般，透明度差，水中水底很多细小杂物。
房间设施还行，卫生也可以，海景房能看到海。
