位置很好，订的三楼的花园海景房，给的房露台下就是道路，不是网站的照片上那样。酒店说是花园那边没房。艺龙客服说酒店给的是正确的，艺龙网站的照片只能参考，不可能每个房都跟照片一样。这种服务，对酒店和艺龙均表示鄙视。作为大东海最近的酒店，四星真的配不上，性价比太低

首先前台服务极差，一点笑容都没，很冷冰，在当天酒店有很多空房的时候，我们订了海景房，明知道我们有老人的情况下，还给我们安排在最边上靠马路一间，问旁边打扫房间的阿姨都说可以去换，前台就是不肯说住满了。还有房间设备相当差，充电好多插头插进去就要掉，只找到一个能充电的，然后路边相当吵，不推荐，本来还想1住一晚，后来搬到银泰去了，没4
星的硬件算了，服务连快捷酒店都不如

酒店位置很好，但装修很老，放十五年前这装修还不错的，但现在已经跟不上形式了，另外前台和餐厅的服务员态度不好，特别是餐厅，爱搭不理的，反倒是打扫的大姐挺不错的，整体软件服务上与四星的名号差距还是比较大的，应该不会再去了，周边还是有很多快捷可以选择的
