优点，海棠湾人少清净，酒店内绿化，设施都还不错。br缺点，虽然是万豪旗下，但和山海天万豪差很远。服务态度冷冰冰，前台服务人员少，排队等很久，不热情。酒店是开放式的，对流风很多，孩子出汗后再吹风很容易感冒。定了个海滨套房，吃饭走十分钟以上，带着老人孩子真不方便。去个儿童乐园也得走十分钟。停车走很远很远。周边没吃的，外卖都得马路边去取。晚上很黑，酒店里的灯超级暗，老公没看清楼梯，把脚扭了。早餐一般，没有儿童餐。

海棠湾一线海景，准确位置在土福湾，距离免税店10几公里吧。酒店规模很大。定了一楼花园房最便宜的，开门直接进入园区。卫生没问题，毕竟五星级酒店了。不过前台没有给升级房型，当天入住人并不多。这个有点遗憾，亚龙湾得一线海景酒店都比万丽做的人性化。

第一位置偏到没朋友！
第二到了三亚谁也想吃点当地特色海鲜，他们酒店没有叫外卖以顾客安全之名不让送进来！
第三我们退房后有一件男士t恤忘在房间，我们到家第二天才发现但是也没有接到酒店一个电话！
卫生条件也很一般，一直都是住五星酒店这样的酒店这样的服务差到极致
