特别好，有自己的海滩，泳池也特别干净，服务也很好，早餐也很丰富，上午退房的时候忘记退押金，晚上还打电话确认了给退了，服务特别好

酒店环境优美，配套设施也相当齐全人性化，服务也很热情.酒店外的沙滩和海棠湾风景也很美，唯一稍欠缺的就是餐饮太一般.也许是春节人多吧，早餐达不到五星酒店的档次，只能算是一般酒店的档次.西餐厅午餐上菜也很慢.游泳池边的餐厅环境不错，可以边玩水边用餐.就是味道太一般.如果点外卖，酒店为了保证客人安全不让送到酒店大堂的大门，需要走到酒店第一道大门取，稍远.除了餐食，其他都给满分.
