本人入住的房间位于辅楼，订单上没注明在辅楼（扫兴）。入住以后，发现房型东突西凹，很不规则。后来我向总台申请换房，总台说只有高于订单房价的房可以，否则要与同程那边商量。高级商务房一点不高，一定程度影响心情！总之，还是差钱！
