在辰山植物园西面一公里左右，携程地图的标识是错误的。别墅区，老板应该是租了部分房子来做住宿，房间设施还可以，不过入住的人比较少，房间关得久有味道。小区入口挺可爱，绿化也OK，小区比较大，在地面找楼号不容易啊。
这个房型是两个房间都在地上的，同时定的另一种房型，就是两个房间在地上，两个房间在地下的。

环境装修都非常好。适合一大帮子疯，只是装修可能没多久，味道比较重~建议都透气！

别墅区，环境很好。第一次给的别墅有间房间在地下室，新装修，味道好重，根本不能住。贴钱换了间大的，哇噻！很惊喜，有4间房间3个卫生间2个大客厅1个大天井，虽然也是新装修，也有地下室，但是有通风，没味道。我们还带了小朋友，大大小小全部玩疯了，都决定寒假里还要去，还住这栋别墅110栋。唯一的就是位置太偏，适合自驾，没有车的就别考虑了，实在不方便。

周边没有什么可以买吃的地方，但是空气清新，凌晨1点多居然停电了，跑来跑去弄来弄去，原来是因为业主电费没有虚，然后自费冲了电费，不过最后业主返还给我们了，从小区门口走进去走了15分钟，适合有车的自驾游，房间设施还是不错的，就是二楼的榻榻米床垫是拼起来的有点阁人，其他没有什么问题
