每次有外地朋友来沪会订这家酒店
原因是离我家比较近
之前在其他维也纳酒店也住过，不敢对比
前台接待服务是我见过最差的一家。前台服务员工作时毫无章程，说话语气也很生硬
2016.8/5预付了3天的房费 5号晚去办理入住时被要求在付200押金 当时拉了信用卡担保 8号退房后我问过退还200押金的事 服务员说已经撤销200押金。
16号我打电话去信用卡中心查询，信用卡中回答说200担保还没撤销。和艺龙客服沟通后让我在找本酒店客服查询。
这种状况瞬间坏了心情～～～～
