9.30号晚上10点来酒店的路上 走错路，车辆被陷入小土堆上，车子无法行驶.抱着试试看的态度给酒店打电话寻求帮助.没想到酒店工作人员接到电话后，第一时间跟我们联系，带了四位老师傅来给我们帮助，特别感谢酒店的值班经理尼玛次仁和工作人员，亲自用手把轮胎下面的泥土挖去，我们才能顺利的到达酒店，到了酒店已经11.30左右，酒店依然灯火通明，门口的工作人员帮我们把行李箱送到房间，酒店的环境非常好，这样的环境在上海，最少要1000+以上的价格，房间有加湿器和吸氧机，早餐也很丰富，再次感谢泽源酒店的所有工作人员

明明定的是大床房 到酒店却是单间 到酒店问是非他们不承认 问携程又不退钱 房子没住着 钱还没退着 我们消费者什么错都没有 都是携程弄错的 470的房费不退 我就去消费者协会投诉你们
