酒店位置不错，但我们到酒店时是晚上7点左右，但酒店给我们安排的房间2间在4楼，1间在5楼，我一再问是否都有阳台，因为我预订的是豪华阳台房，也得到前台肯定的答复，结果上楼后发现只有一间房有阳台，其中4楼、5楼各有一间房是没阳台的，于是我又去前台沟通，经过我的努力，终于帮我们把5楼那间调到4楼来有阳台的，但另外4楼的一间只好将就一下了。
