酒店环境不错，空气好景色也不错。房间够大，床也很舒服。酒店的温泉门票每床一张，小朋友还要另外买票。山水世界设施都长青苔了，皮划艇还要另外给租金，多了不少额外消费。送了冰雪世界的门票，冰雪世界很好玩，有冰雕看还有冰雪滑道。员工的服务态度很好，让人感觉很舒服。酒店外面的农庄吃饭消费不贵，食物也不错。总体来说体验很好。

我开好房到房间，洗完澡准备上床，把被子拉开，床单发黄有黄点，叫服务员换了一条还是有黄褐斑，完了去厕所，马桶根本冲不了水，拉的尿都冲不下去，没有办法准备去吃饭，出了酒店才知道周围根本没有吃的，只有在酒店吃，房间除了大什么都没有，一个镇4佰多一天，房间里基本什么都没有，上当了，下回不会在来住

坐武广高铁去韶关，高铁站到酒店不方便，酒店只有一班接送的车，要提前预约好。对于一间开了十几年的酒店，真温泉水房间内的设施维护得不错，温泉很好，问了当地的村民，都说是真温泉水。酒店服务人员热心细致，搞卫生很即时，自助早餐品种大众化，中餐厅的出品口味好，价格小貴，想便宜点可以选择酒店大门外的农家乐，不过经过大峡谷的攀爬，体力透支严重，还是选择酒店解决晚餐明智。整体评价4.5星。
