交通还行，离鲁迅故里不太远，大概3公里多；设施还可以，有免费网络，装修有几年了，电视机有点旧；服务较好，有咨询都能热心答复。卫生状况不好评价，离开后总感觉身上痒，希望能将床铺设施晒晒，以防有螨虫……

酒店真如网上点评的那样，超级好。服务诚恳，干净卫生，感受相当好。唯一有点小瑕疵。预订两间房间的退房时间是两点钟，一点不到那个清洁工就来说你们是一点退房，我明确告诉她我的退房时间是2点，而且网站上都写明的，再说得到了前台的确认。后来她又来到我儿子的房间骗他时间到了退房了，他只能回到我们的房间。我要请问这位清洁工你有什么资格赶我们，她们都是下午干活，为了早点把活干完竟然做出如此下贱之事。昨晚半夜和另外一个交接班时还大喊大叫严重影响客人休息。本来我对酒店抱有很好的印象，可由于这种小人破坏了它。试问这种人酒店留着何用？
