房間這個酒店就在深圳北站旁邊二樓，出站走路不遠處，交通非常方便，如果要搭高鐵是蠻推薦住這的，比附近酒店性價比來得高，只是廁所通風不良，管線較臭，其他房間部分還算ok。走廊有放香氛，個人不喜歡那個味道，覺得聞起來特別過敏，早上因為離開的早，下樓往深圳北站的手扶梯未開，若行李重的得自己搬下樓，就這個比較辛苦些，其餘大致ok，算是推薦。

前台一男的服务态度冷漠，不好，卫生间装香皂的碟子有烟灰，漱口杯有明显用过痕迹，最差的是没热水洗澡，隔音无敌差，清洁员在隔壁打扫房间响得像拆房子，根本吵得不能睡，唯一优点就是离高铁和地铁站近

酒店位置离车站很近，非常好找，附近有许多吃的地方，非常方便，房间还算不错，唯一的缺陷就是房间没有窗。

豪華雙人房，其實是一間沒有窗戶的房間，做個假窗戶騙騙人，早上九點了，沒有任何光線。被騙的感覺真的很不開心，不好
