鱼塘景色，空调声音好吵，晚餐不好吃，离海边远。本来以为自己定的是海景房，结果只是大床房，在艺龙网站上订的，艺龙服务态度好差，但酒店的还不错。买了保险，发现白买了，电话议论，直接让我去联系保险公司理赔，还跟我说，要飞机晚点等极端情况才可以取消订单。那买这个保险有何用？
