订了三天，第一天打扫卫生没有给我们瓶装水我们也没说什么，自己第二天出门回来自己带矿泉水，房间衣架不够用找前台借，说给我送过来，然后过来一个男的，说了一句这都是新的啊用完记得放回去，******，一间三百块一晚的房间我犯得着拿你衣架啊？什么**话里有话是不是？第四天中午退房押金单落上面了，还是前台男说一定要我上去拿押金单才能退，我**要是押金单被我丢了是不是不退给我押金啊？你们给我押金单的时候也没说要那押金单才能退不是？真的是住过所有酒店里面服务最差的一个没有之一。一千多块钱的房费就是来住着受气的！郁闷！

房间很大，很干净，酒店周边也吃的、玩的很方便。距离东门步行街步行也只要十五分钟左右。附近大型商场超市也只需要几分钟路程。
