环境设施都不错，行政客房房间虽不大但很精致舒适，孩子们都很喜欢。前台工作人员工作态度真的有必要改进，check in和checkout不是同一人却都是面无表情，不要说笑容就连最基本的招呼都没有，这不是五星级酒店该有服务水平。酒店给我们升级到行政楼层前台也没说明，登记完资料收了押金给了房卡就完事儿了，还是我们到了房间才发现升级了房间。
