环境卫生很好，硬件条件不错，可是服务真得很差。前台服务员业务能力真的不敢恭维，自己看着信息开发票，不仔细核对信息输错了，还强词夺理，也不知道说句道歉的话，来一句错都错了，你还能怎么样，好像开错了很有理一样，然后告诉我就这一张增值税专票了，问什么时候再有，告诉:不知道，我哪知道财务的事。这都什么服务态度，全程没一个笑脸，就跟你欠她多少钱似的，这就这种酒店服务意识服务态度，如果能持久下去真是见鬼了！
