房子位置非常好，就在观前街里，出门就有很多吃的和转的，离拙政园，狮子林，苏州博物馆，苏州火车站都很近，房间也挺大的，性价比高，最大的缺点就是晚上附近不知道是ktv还是酒吧，音乐咚咚咚的响，一点了还在响...

酒店位置还不错，又有很大的地下停车场。上电梯需要刷房卡。房间比想象中暗一些，有小沙发，楼上是那种比较低的，高个子的要小心。只有一台立式空调，在楼上。还是够用的。灯光比较暗。第一个晚上，睡到3点多，热醒的，空调关掉了。开不起来。打电话给总台，保安大爷上来就说空调到一定的温度自己停了，虽然很无语，但是睡到半夜都醒了还有一个宝宝。后来才说是跳闸了。希望能改善吧。还有大爷态度也是....醉了。后来晚上回来电视看不了、wifi上不去。保安大爷让我们换房间。后来来了个大叔说是让做卫生的阿姨碰掉的，修好了。还有，卫生间洗手台，水槽里堵不上，没法洗衣服。希望能修好。
