说明上是有窗的，给我一间无窗有味的，反应了问题还说有窗也打不开。那就是有玻璃不叫有窗啊！br环境还行，就是有味道，不通风太难受了！

作为新店服务态度能如此之差，实属罕见!前台一脸死猪不怕开水烫。开错房间，叫住客买单补钱，投诉到艺龙才作罢。22号早上和21号晚上的前台言语中伤住客，一脸歧视网络住客（就一个前台，得瑟什么!），早上退房要押金也拖拖拉拉20分钟!此酒店还是趁早关门大吉!

作为新店服务态度能如此之差，实属罕见!前台一脸死猪不怕开水烫。前台自己给我换的房间叫我加价，投诉给艺龙，才作罢!结账时候，退个押金，拖拖拉拉耽误了20分钟!22号早上前台和21号晚上前台一脸歧视网络住客，言语中伤住客，这样的服务态度离倒闭也不远了!
