房间装修什么的都很好 洗手间也很好 可是地毯太臭了 因为是苏州 很潮湿 如果是木地板就不存在这样的问题

房间硬件还可以，可是酒店服务员简直是差极了，床铺的很平整，却把我放在床上的衣服扔到一边！我把自己的毛巾搭在扶手上，服务员竟然把地垫搭在我的毛巾上。以后再也不会去选择这家酒店。搞不懂服务员是怎么想的

差，电脑慢，服务员态度不好。早上说发票马上好。结果耽误我们高铁，我们很重要会议没赶上。而且明明网络问题电脑问题，她们却说是地税局问题。太差了。房间没有网络。差，之前说今天发票一定寄给我们，现在又变成尽量。不能保证。太差了服务

首先房间隔音真的很不行，相当不行，马路上行人手机铃声都能听清楚。其次房间小，不值。最后连无线都连不上！不会再次入住
