非常温馨满意的一次入住。房间因为中央空调同一楼层不能又制热又制冷的原因，房间温度太高，我怀孕呼吸困难，告知前台后，前台管理员耐心的给我调换房间，不厌其烦的找各种透气的房间。谢谢。很周全的服务。

酒店很干净，安全措施也不错，上电梯也要刷房卡，办完入住后前台送了小礼品，客房送了果盘，很温馨，早餐品种也很丰富，以后再去苏州还会选择这家酒店
