可以说很惊喜，前台服务员微笑服务，代买泰山门票加价不多。虽然国庆期间房价并不贵，入住和退房迅速。酒店地势好安静，房间卫生，设施齐全。酒店的餐厅价格实惠，饭菜味道不错。性价比高。还送了两只山东大苹果。推荐

早上八点到的泰安，本想爬山回来入住，结果前台直接安排入住了，员工都很热情。酒店就在天外村门口，步行十分钟到坐车登山口，旁边就是超市，很方便；房间干净，设施齐全，卫生间的防滑垫设计贴心，洗完澡地上有水也不滑，赞一个；提前了解到洗漱用品收费，所以自带的，但房间有免费的纸巾；住的211，房间很安静通风也不错；20元的早餐花样虽然不是很多，但胜在品质出色，是我们遇到的同类型酒店中最好的一家，孩子1.3m了也给免费。下次来爬山还住这里，推荐！

酒店靠泰山脚下很近，周围也安静，服务态度很好。房间卫生间是玻璃的，不太习惯。有要求的还是另选。

1、位置，离天外村很近，走着大概十分钟就能到天外村，沿着山路再往上走，不用进大门，就有冯玉祥墓、黑龙潭水库。酒店周围很繁华，饭店、快餐店、超市都有。
2.环境，房间小点很舒服，被套、枕套旧点还有补丁，地毯也显旧，但是倒也都干净。卫生间小，但是设备齐全，尤其淋浴水量挺大。房间里的东西都标着价格挺贵，最好自备。有免费WiFi，1.8米的大床挺宽敞。
3、服务，服务态度好挺及时。打前台电话问题都立马解决。酒店房费中包括早餐，就是没试试餐厅点餐怎么样。
