工作原因我们要住上10来天，头两天是没网络，连电视都看不了；然后就是没凉水，冲厕所也得自己打水冲；最后这一周就没来过热水，6天没洗澡，刷牙洗脸全是凉水，冻得我们够呛；找到他们讨说法，经理、服务员一度的推脱，到最后还发脾气给我们看。我再也住不下去了，受罪啊。请大家外出住店要谨慎，特别是到青海来办事或旅游的外地人。
