如果没有腾冲柏联的话，腾冲悦椿的环境、设施和服务已经足够一流。但是可能是柏联给人的印象太过深刻与惊艳，以至于我对悦椿的感觉实在一般。
园林的人工痕迹很重，感觉不像在云南。别墅区到温泉区要绕一段很长的路，其实两者之间只隔了一道篱笆。泡池的数量很多，环境也很好，但更衣室和普通澡堂没有任何区别，桑拿房竟然没开。 至于服务只能说中规中矩，厨师9点半就下班，之后不提供任何餐饮服务，半夜肚子饿了也只能自己解决。同样的问题在柏联，得到的回答是：“没有结束的时间，客人需要到几点，我们就到几点。”两者对比，一个地下，一个天上。
如果要求不是太高，悦椿度假村还是很值得推荐的。但如果需要更高品质的服务，幽静、自然的环境，一个人包场泡温泉的那种私密感觉。那么腾冲有着其他更好的选择。
