前台办理入住，办不了不向后面客人说一声，排了半个小时队才告诉我们办不了，真不知道你们这种星级酒店是怎么服务的？办不了不会提前说一声么？也不说就在那一直自己忙自己的，让所有人都在等也不知道说一声，人越多就应该体现出你们的与众不同，果然与别的星级酒店不同，前台几个女的一个比一个脸色差，不知道甩脸子给谁看
