总体映像很好，就是打扫房间的大姐工作马虎了，把我自己带的浴巾收走了，我在如家买的浴巾，也是白色的，但是上面有明显标志，很容易辨识，其他酒店都没有弄错，后来联系前台给我赔了条新毛巾，就是尺寸和我原来的比小了好多，大晚上不想再折腾，没有再追究此事，不过还是希望酒店能提高细节管理。

办理入住太费劲了！！！我到的时候前面排了五个人 这五个人用了40多分钟才办完 其中我听到前台人员说的最多的就是“您订房订单没有了 您订的房间没有了 这种话”
节假日 就一个前台 ！！而且入住手续相当繁琐！三台电脑 两台身份证录入 一台查询订单 我还要签押金条 还有一个入住的文件什么的。。。。办完手续入住已经是深夜了。。。
