有的设施相对陈旧，但是整体品质还是很好的。服务人员态度很好，说话很有意思。周围环境非常好。附近交通也比较方便。但是要是来旅游的，得自己先选好每天的目的地和路线，因为附近有好几个公交站，去各种不同地方的车都有。不远处有个小公园，大概是五大道这里晚上还热闹的地方了，有跳广场舞的，有练乐器的。还好房间这里很安静了。院子里环境也不错。
