酒店设施陈旧，电梯时灵时不灵，带着孩子停在了22楼！房间卫生较差，卫生间有异味，打扫房间竟然床单未换，孩子吃的饼干磨子还全在床上！酒店位置不错，对住宿没有要求的，可以选择。

第一次到天津，网上看到这个酒店2015年装修过就订了。优点：1.地段很方便，楼下就是和平路步行街，市中心，离瓷房子，意大利风情街都是一公里左右，步行就到。2.附近有沃尔玛超市和万达影院，星巴克咖啡，麦当劳等，生活很便利。3.大床2米，床品比较舒服，空调温度也不错。带孩子的可以方便居住。再说缺点：1.酒店在第一百货上面，安保几乎为零，大堂和电梯卫生也不好。2.卫生间的淋浴间设计失误，中间门缝严重漏水，整个浴室都被水淹，很容易滑倒。3.保险柜，入门的感应灯都是坏的。很不爽。还是要表扬前台戴眼镜的胖胖的男生，貌似部长，服务挺热情，脾气也好

酒店环境很好，而且前台入住还给我免费升级了套房，超大，从房间正好可以看到海河，位置就在百货大楼的楼上，很安静

相当，相当好！前台小妹外冷内热型，还给升级了套房。服务十分的好，房卡失灵楼上的清洁大姐直接就能核对身份证件给你开门。设施相当好
