送孩子去天津理工上学，这就是学校东门的一个招待所，条件算是快捷酒店的水平，卫生间干湿未分离，空调嗡嗡响，估计就做的是学校生意。新生报到期间一个房间涨价50元。但确实是学校周边最方便的住宿了。
