房间干净整洁。有点四星级酒店的风范。早餐不错，酸奶什么的都有。床也很大，可加床。适合带孩子。位置不错。有停车场

早餐没吃，不知道怎么样。提前订的豪华家庭房，但是房间出了点问题，店家直接给升级了套房。酒店离中东广场，万达很近，开车5分钟 吃饭非常方便。酒店楼下有个小停车场，停满了的话路边也能停。房间设施比较全，配的是正常的冰箱，可以放很多东西。虽然靠近路边，但晚上还是挺安静的。

挺棒的，前台小姐姐很温柔很可爱，态度超好。
酒店位置也挺好的，离商场很近。
不隔音是真的不隔音 不过我也不太在意。
总之 都很棒呀，下次应该还会订吧

总体环境还可以。但是十分让人不满意的是大厅接待人员的服务素质，毫无热情度，也没同情心！客人在大厅电梯摔倒由于电梯台阶没有明显标识容易看花眼加上台阶又很短一下子迈空狠摔了一跤，直接从台阶掉下来，如果是老人估计就会骨折或者生命危险。可气的是大厅女服务员只是盯着摔倒的我淡淡看了一眼似乎这酒店与她毫无关系，居然问一些声都没有！毕竟在酒店大堂摔得难道这样危险跟酒店没有一点关系吗？就是路人可能也要帮一下询问一下吧？下面是当天服服务人员我不知道她为何如此冷漠？
