老年人冬天入住要谨慎，这个途家设施太一般了，被子都不全不好，住的都感冒了，房间没有暖气，空调是杂牌所以质量差噪声大，这么安静的小区被这个途家杂牌空调噪声破坏了，小区还是蛮不错的，沙滩，海鲜，卖海鲜的地方问门卫可以知道，适合自驾

靠近海滩，风景一般，硬件和服务服务一般，感觉被坑了，竟然和威海的蓝天宾馆一个价，但是服务差很远。

冬天去的、屋里超级冷！大堂一进门就感觉到了！冻得在被子里都没敢出来！毕竟带着孩子、夏天应该很凉爽、冬天的话我是不会再去了～
