这样的房间，无语！好像住进了废弃的楼房内，一切都是那么的残破和简陋。携程向客人推荐房间时，是不是应该先考察一下酒店的情况，这明明和我之前预定的酒店相差太多了。

在威海待了4晚，住了两家客栈，跟丽江和双廊相比感觉整体都不如意。先说海草阁优点吧
1.交通位置方便，威海站出来约1.6公里，步行25分钟左右，沿着大马路走很容易找到。而且从这里出发去游船码头，市中心，韩国城，威高广场都能有公车直达
2.房间设施齐全：吹风机、电水壶、电脑、空调、电视、驱蚊器、拖鞋等一应齐全
3.房间面积比较宽敞，卫浴设备也比较方便，电源插座足够多个设备同时充电
4.前台服务尚可，提供免费地图等，可以现金微信支付宝信用卡等多种支付
5.周边服务设施比较方便，1公里内有综合超市家家悦，豪业商厦，夜市排档等
说些不满意的地方：
1.在携程预订大床间，到店后前台居然不知道，只剩一间无窗房，无奈住了标间
2.酒店无电梯，房间在3层，也没有工作人员帮忙搬运
3.房间没人打扫，我们住2晚，第一日用过的毛巾，垃圾等都没人更新清理
4.酒店隔音差，临街房间特别吵，我日常需要??才能醒，在这里两天早上都是6点就被过往主路上车辆吵醒
